**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

Each Pharmacist must act in accordance with the Company policies, orders, rules, regulations, guidelines etc. applicable from time to time which are specified below
- The Company expects all the employees to work in decorum and follow proper conduct in the office premises. If any employee is found guilty of misbehaving with the managers associates or peers, strict action shall be taken against such employee.
- Pharmacists are responsible for daily maintenance of files like H1, Sales and Purchase etc.
- Pharmacists are required to manually sign all the invoices generated and if require need to login as billers also.
- All pharmacists can be deployed in day or night shift based on company’s requirement. The shifts schedule will be intimated to pharmacist a week before any change.
- Pharmacists are responsible for sales return reconciliation and Roche process. (Billing, CSV Upload, Google sheet Maintain, End to Ent process to be follow)
- The license of all pharmacists will be attached to the company.
- All Pharmacists are required to serve non-negotiable notice period of 2 months.
- No employee should be found under the influence of or using alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or any kind of drugs during working hours. If an employee is caught doing such acts, he/she shall be terminated with immediate effect.
- If any employee is found damaging or responsible for breakage of company asset (device, laptops etc.), the employee shall be liable to pay the fine.
- Any Employee caught in theft or burglary cases or carrying unauthorized Company assets or any other employee’s personal assets, the employee will not be allowed to continue further in the Company.
- If any employee is found guilty of harassing or passing unhealthy comments against female employees, after investigation (under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace 2013), strict action shall be taken against such employee which can extend to termination of services.
- The employees are strictly restricted from tampering any kind of Company data or vital information. If any employee is found in tampering with the Security Camera or leaking any vital information of the Company, (under Information Technology Act 2000), the employee will not be able to continue his/her services and will not be rehired in the Company.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
