**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments to understand the objectives and requirements for each project.
- Edit raw video footage into professional-quality promotional videos, ensuring clarity, coherence, and visual appeal.
- Create custom graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the content.
- Design engaging thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets for video platforms and social media channels.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all video and graphic assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing, graphic design, and educational content creation.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of educational videos and graphics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Marketing preferable
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, preferably in an education-based industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of best practices for optimizing videos and graphics for online platforms and social media.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing and graphic design is required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
