Tele Caller Executive

AzB Academy, a leading online learning platform, is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Telecallers** to join our growing sales and support team. If you're passionate about education and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential students and parents to explain course offerings
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and guidance
- Follow up with interested users to close sales
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred (Fresher welcome)
- Basic computer skills (CRM usage, MS Excel, etc.)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
