**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat various eye conditions.
- Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and other treatments as required.
- Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and other related surgeries.
- Provide post-operative care and management for patients.
- Develop and maintain medical records of patients.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of ophthalmology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as optometrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on maintaining good eye health and preventing eye-related diseases.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Medical degree and license to practice as an ophthalmologist.
- Completion of residency and fellowship programs in ophthalmology
- Extensive knowledge of eye-related medical conditions and treatment options
- Experience in performing surgical procedures, such as cataract surgery and LASIK.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Willingness to stay current with advancements in the field of ophthalmology through continuing education and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹52,227.77 - ₹171,835.57 per month
