**Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing special requests or concerns related to their reservations. This may involve coordinating with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, or food and beverage services.
- **Payment Processing**: Handling payments for reservations, processing credit card transactions, and ensuring accuracy in billing information.
- **Room Allocation**: Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences, availability, and special requests. This requires a good understanding of the hotel's room inventory and layout.
- **Communication**: Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay to confirm reservations, provide information about the hotel's amenities and services, and gather feedback on their experience.
- **Upselling**: Recommending additional services or upgrades to guests, such as room upgrades, meal packages, or spa treatments, to enhance their stay and increase revenue for the hotel.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions in the hotel's reservation system or database.
- **Coordination**: Collaborating with other hotel staff members, such as front desk agents, housekeeping, and management, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
