Looking for female receptionist who has prior experience in Maternity/IVF hospital. 2-3 Years of experience is mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Audited files.
- Fixing appointments through phone to get the job done.
- Assigning duties to the job collecting field staff.
- Preparing MIS reports & Responsible for reception desk.
- Follow occupational safety and health standards.
- Updating day to day activities done in the office to the company MD thru E-mail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well versed with MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Responsible& Sincere
- Passing messages from external and internal staff.
- Attend to Patients and direct them correct destination.

**Experience**:

- hospital / IVF center: 2 years (required)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Telugu, Hindi (required)
