Essential
- 10 or more years of Industry experience.
- 6 Years or more Experience in Python, AWS & Data Engineering technology:

- Design machine learning systems.
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
- Train and retrain systems when necessary.
- Deep understanding of data science and software engineering principles.
- Ability to write robust code in Python.
- Well versed with AWS framework & various services.
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
- Preferred to have payment domain knowledge.
- BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech
- IT Project Experience (Agile SCRUM along with SDLC)
- Soft Skills Adaptability, Portray a positive attitude, Flexible, Quick Learner

Personal Skills:

- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Analytical skills with independently analyzing & resolving the problem.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate into technology solutions.
- Effective handling of a few team members with their day to day tasks.
- Go Getter attitude to handle challenging development tasks.
- It is a senior level position which requires team member to have strong technical knowledge

and experience in designing the machine learning systems, mentoring & guiding junior team

members technically.. Work closely and coordinate with testers, BA, Product and DBA.
- Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations

(productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.
- Manage and ensure internal customer expectations (US) are met from a work delivery

standpoint.
- Follow TSYS policies and procedure, product and development methodologies. Technologies

used for product delivery.
- Normal business Timings will be 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM and will change as per DST changes.
