**Profile - Production Engineer**

Qualification
- B.Tech
- mech.

**Experience - Min. 4+ yrs. in foundry**

Salary
- Upto 3.6 LPA

**Working Hr. - 12**

Location - Kaladera, Jaipur

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements.

Monitor and ensure the smooth running of casting operations from pattern making to final machining.

Ensure timely delivery of products as per quality and quantity standards.

Evaluate and improve casting processes to reduce defects, waste, and cycle time.

Introduce new methods and technologies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Maintain process standardization and documentation (SOPs).

Collaborate with the Quality Department to implement quality standards.

Investigate and analyze defects such as porosity, shrinkage, blow holes, etc.

Ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place to maintain casting quality.

Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for raw materials like sand, binders, ferroalloys, and metals.

Monitor consumption and manage inventory to avoid production delays.
