**Job Title**: Fashion Designer

**Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's wear.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Conceptualization & Designing**: Develop new designs for our collections, keeping in line with Nolabels' brand identity and market trends.

2. **Sketching**:Create both hand-drawn and digital sketches of designs using tools like Adobe Illustrator or others.

3. **Material Selection**: Collaborate with suppliers and choose fabrics and trims that are in line with the design concept and brand's sustainability commitments.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team to ensure the design vision is executed accurately during sampling and final production.

5. **Feedback Integration**:Work with the sales and customer feedback teams to iterate on designs and make them more aligned with customer needs.

6. **Fashion Influencer Outreach**: Collaborate with marketing to build relationships with fashion influencers for brand promotion and collaborations.

7. **Celebrity Stylist Outreach**: Initiate partnerships with celebrity stylists to showcase Nolabels designs on prominent personalities.

8. **Vendor Management**: Oversee vendor relationships, communicate with suppliers, and maintain a comprehensive database for order processing.

9. **Stock Management**: Identify best-selling items for restocking to ensure product availability.

10**. Quality Control**: Inspect product samples and final products to maintain Nolabels' quality standards.

11. S**ample Evaluation & Feedback**: Check all sample sizes and gather feedback before processing them for orders, ensuring flawless execution of designs.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of materials, sewing techniques, and têxtile properties.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
