Job Responsibilities **Knowledge or experience with managing plant health, soil, water and environmental conditions.** Pest control methods, remedies for plant health problems or diseases and proper soil and watermanagement to minimise the impact on the environment. **Knowledge of ornamental plants and palms; high value plants** Knowledge of growing of seasonal and exotic vegetables, fruits, and herbs **Ensure timely completion of work schedules.** Manage irrigation and drainage systems and optimize for best usage of water **Knowledge of landscaping equipment** Review and prepare reports for senior management **Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management** Optimise growing conditions using appropriate nutrient fertilisers and soil mix **Optimise transplantation of existing plants and flowering trees** Preventative maintenance for all landscape to avoid damage to plants **Selecting and installing plants, trees, and shrubs based on environmental factors and design principlesJob Qualifications** BSc in Horticulture / MSc in Horticulture **Minimum 5-7 years of landscape and horticulture experience** Must be well-organised and detail-oriented **Good communication** Ability to perform mathematical computations to estimate needs and costs **Positive attitude: support others, taking ownership and responsibility outside the prescribed points** Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada; Tamil is a plus **Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,303.30 per month
