Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1. Calling Prospective Customers: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce products or services and generate leads.

2. Answering Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

3. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets, depending on the company’s goals.

5. Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest in the product or service to close sales.

6. Cold Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company’s offerings.

7. Handling Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

8. Reporting: Report on daily activities, sales progress, and customer feedback to supervisors or team leads.

9. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Promote additional products or services to customers based on their needs.

10. Maintaining a Positive Customer Relationship: Build and maintain a good rapport with customers to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a good command of the language(s) required for the role.

2. Sales Skills: Ability to convince potential customers and close deals.

3. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.

4. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and solutions-oriented approach to address customer concerns.

5. Basic Computer Skills: Proficient with using basic office software and customer management tools.

6. Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

7. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is often preferred but not always required.

8. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree may be preferred for some roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
