**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in Math and Hindi for Grade 1 and Grade 2 students.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and interactive technology, to cater to different learning styles.
- Foster the development of fundamental mathematical concepts and strong Hindi language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, activities, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment across the primary grades.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's academic progress and any relevant matters.
- Participate in school events and professional development activities, as required.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of each student.
- Prepare engaging and effective teaching materials and resources.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant Bachelor's degree with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) / Diploma in Teacher Education (D.T.Ed) / Diploma in Learning and Development (DLD).
- Prior experience teaching Math and Hindi to primary school students (Grade 1 & 2 preferred).
- Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

**Pay Scale**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
