Basic duties and responsibilities of managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices. This includes tasks like preparing invoices, managing customer inquiries, recording payments, and preparing financial reports.

**Key Functions**:

- **Invoice Preparation and Management**:
Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- **Payment Processing and Application**:

- **Customer Communication and Support**:
Handling customer inquiries regarding billing, payment, and account status.
- **Collections**:
Following up on outstanding payments, contacting customers about overdue balances, and resolving payment issues.
- **Record Keeping**:
Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, invoices, payments, and related transactions.
- **Reconciliation and Reporting**:
Performing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing accounts receivable data.
- **Credit Management**:
Assisting with credit checks, managing credit limits, and mitigating credit risk.
- **System Maintenance**:
Maintaining and updating the accounts receivable system and related records.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices and payments.

We have couple of requirements. So designation reporting ladder will depend on the present role, qualifications and years of experience.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,995.82 per month
