Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by coordinating with the Sales Team on regular basis to give legendary customer service.
- Generating MIS on monthly basis for all the machines shipped and circulate same to Service Team with machine scope of supply to provide excellent customer service and so as all partners needs to meet or exceeded and are confident that all request for sales quotations are satisfied.
- Always being on the lookout for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
- Letting the concept of legendary value be the driving force in all my decisions regarding my customers. I will conduct business each day with the ultimate goal of 100% complete customer satisfaction with any tool available - if there are no tools available, I will create them.
- Giving the helpful and positive feedback to the respective team leader, manager and to the customers in terms of quality sales and customer satisfaction.
- Contributing mightily to the accomplishment of the mission/vision and cultural performance standard of Phillips Corporation, and establishing our code of conduct as the basic value system of the company.
- Being the consummate ambassador for Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd as the workplace of choice.
- Ensuring timely documentation for all shipped machines with respect to Indian customs and forwarders to avoid any delay for the customers and enhance the process of documentation.

- Providing the best sales coordination in every manner to all the internal & external customers towards Additive Manufacturing solutions ensuring that Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd is the best solutions provider in the manufacturing industry.
- Qualifying leads generated through Marketing initiatives and partners channels
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Closing sales for the velocity and mid-range products and achieving sales targets.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Generating MIS on the leads generated, qualified, and won on a weekly and monthly basis
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Always be on the lookout for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
