**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers based in the United States.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Adhere to US Shift timings to support customers located in different time zones.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a US voice process role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while handling challenging customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in US Shift timings to support customers in different time zones.
