Exposure to industrial DCS and PLC systems, Experience performing calibrations on transmitters, flowmeters, valves, etc.

Maintenance of various types of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level transmitter. Maintenance of various types of controls valve. Loop checking of various types of Working on RTD and Working on various types of Pressure, Temperature and Level switch. Handle the Installation Erection & commissioning of instruments.

Desired Skills Maintaining calibration reports of the team. (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly). - Maintaining AMC records (Annual maintenance calibration) IQ, OQ and PQ documents of instruments. - To coordinate with engineering department for the support and service in case of breakdown of any instruments/Equipment’s. - Follow up of instrument maintenance in case of failure, perform troubleshooting, coordinate with service engineer, and get the instrument repaired.

Also, responsibility is to provide / ensure uninterrupted utilities services to all plant operations, Monitor Plant-operating functions in accordance with Operating Procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
