**We are hiring Production Operator for an MNC**

**Direct transport from Ahmedabad**

**Job Purpose**:

- To work as per standard operating procedures as shown in work instruction & operate machine considering optimum utilization, resource saving & all the aspect of safety.
- To produce product as per quality requirements to meet customer requirement.
- To deliver agreed output as per agreed production norms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow required SAFETY norms at all stages of work.
- To maintain discipline as per rules & regulations of the Organization.
- Operating of production machine as per SOP.
- To produce quality products as per the quality plan.
- Achievement of set Production Targets
- Basic Maintenance and lubrication
- Fill up the production report with all the relevant information & update the traveler. Send the material for the next operation.
- To carry out production & stoppage entry in the PPC system.
- Maintain Quality and Cleanliness standards of incoming, in-process, and out-going material
- To carry out in-process inspection as per ISO-9001 work instruction.
- Follow the OHSAS statutory work instruction for health & safety aspect which includes safe material handling, safe machine operating, use of PPE,
- Follow the EHS statutory work instruction for the protection of the environment which covers saving natural resources, preventing land, air & water contamination, and reduction of waste generation in all the operations.
- Communicate with your shift engineer for any quarry/problem pertaining to production, quality, maintenance, safety, environment, etc.
- Drive Continuous Improvements and development on a personal and operational level.
- Adhere and follow TPM requirements and maintain the highest level of 5S in your work area.
- Material handling as per the procedure.
- Maintain Lean practices in the department as per BS 2.0 requirements.
- Whenever require, you have to work at other stations in the organization.
- To follow the instructions of your superiors.

**Required Competencies**:

- **Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production or Metallurgy**:

- **Fresher to 3 Years experience in a manufacturing set up**:

- Understanding core value
- Basic understanding of business system 2.0,
- Quality system and manufacturing safety.
- Operating skills of Pilger, Degreasing, heat treatment, nondestructive testing (ECT/UT),straightening machine
- Creativity, Flexibility and Teamwork.
- Fire safety & First Aid training
- Physical demands associated with production operation include lifting, bending and reaching as per Physical Demands Analysis for this job.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
