Export Coordinator

Responsible to collect 333 database of the distributors from different countries and make Primary call with the clients
- Exports coordinator is responsible to coordinate the GM for the preparation of purchase order
- Responsible to calculate the CBM and submit to the GM
- Responsible to coordinate the agreement preparation of the exporting items
- Responsible to submit the export reports to the GM
- Responsible to ensure to review the quantity of the items for shipping
- Export coordinator should be responsible to do the proper follow up of the shipped items and update the status to the team
- Should be responsible to prepare the legal papers related to the exporting
- Should be responsible to do all the legal papers works related with exporting and assure necessary support based on clients requirement.
- Should prepare monthly export sale plan and submit to the GM Sales

Experience in Food industry mandatory, Frozen industry is more preferable

Ability to commute/relocate: Perumbavoor,Vengoor, Kerala

Education: Post Graduate/ Graguate with 3 + years of experience as export coordinator in FMCG Industry.

Experience: 3 to 5yrs

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
