**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated Sales Telecaller to join our team in East Delhi (Nirman Vihar). The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services.
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce our services and explain their benefits.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase our services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
**Qualifications: -**
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.
**Experience: -**
- Freshers are most welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
- Teamleaders are also welcomed with their team.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
