**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.**:

- **Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.**:

- **Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception space.**:

- **Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.**:

- **Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff.**:

- **Assist with office supplies inventory and order office supplies as needed.**:

- **Maintain and update contact information for visitors, clients, and staff.**:

- **Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.**:

- **Assist in organizing events or meetings as required.**:

- **Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.**:

- **Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for visitors, ensuring appropriate access protocols are followed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
