We are looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Executive to work with us at our Kakinada location.

Should be responsible for the entire e-commerce activity of a company. should work in a fast-paced digital environment and are expected to be collaborative and results-oriented.

Their role includes:

- Managing the e-commerce business and ensuring the smooth operation of the e-commerce business, including order processing, delivery, and returns. They also maintain the digital platform and monitor its functionality.
- Improving customer experience, analyzing data to generate market insights, and working with other teams to improve customer satisfaction. They also design plans for the aesthetics and usability of online stores and digital platforms.
- Managing marketing activities developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, and working with marketing teams on social media campaigns. They also analyze sales data and study market trends to identify growth opportunities and marketing ideas.
- Managing relationships with business partners, work closely with other teams in the firm, such as sales, marketing, customer services, logistics, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and manage any issues.
