Site Supervisor

**1. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications**
**2. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect**
**3. Liaising with quantity surveyors, sales team and the general workforce involved in the project.**
**4. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending meetings to keep them informed of progress**
**5. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors**
**6. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines**
**7. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters of Team on site**
**8. Preparing reports as required**
**9. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise**
**10.Should have a basic knowledge of Carpentry**
**and installation**
**11.Ability to read and interpret blueprints**
**12.Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials**
**13.Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment**
**14.Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination**
**15.Ability to stand for prolonged periods**
**1)High school diploma**
**2) minimum of 2 years experience as a**
**journey-level carpenter**
**3)Additional certification may be required**
**4)Knowledge of mathematics**
**Salary**: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
