- **Promotions**: Planning and executing social media promotions, contests, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
- **Collaboration**: Working with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- **Market Research**: Staying updated on social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports on social media performance and sales outcomes to inform management decisions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in social media management and online sales, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement.
