Job Responsibilities:
1.Concept Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop motion graphic concepts for various projects.
- Assist in interpreting scripts, storyboards, and client briefs to design and create motion graphics that align with the project’s goals.

2. Design and Animation:

- Learn to create high-quality motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other industry-standard tools.
- Support in designing and animating 2D and 3D elements, including text, logos, characters, and other graphic assets.
- Assist in integrating motion graphics with video footage, audio, and other multimedia elements.

3. Editing and Post-Production:

- Edit and refine animations under the guidance of senior designers.
- Ensure that motion graphics are synchronized with sound effects, voiceovers, and background music.
- Learn and perform basic color correction, compositing, and other post-production tasks as needed.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with video editors, illustrators, and other designers to ensure a cohesive visual style across all project elements.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the creative process.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the creative output.

5. Research and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
- Experiment with new techniques and styles to develop your skills and keep the work fresh and innovative.

6. Project Management:

- Manage assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery of motion graphics assets.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring that all assets are properly labeled and stored for future use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills:

- Basic proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
- A foundational understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
- Willingness to learn video editing, compositing, and 3D modeling techniques.
- Creative Skills:

- Strong visual and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand motion graphics.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication Skills:

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to take direction and incorporate feedback from team members.
- Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects that demonstrate motion graphics skills.
- Internship experience or personal projects related to motion graphics is a plus, but not required.
- Time Management:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Premiere: 1 year (preferred)
- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 1 year (preferred)
