**Job Summary**

**Core Responsibilities**

**Design and Planning**:

- Consult with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget for a project.
- Develop design concepts, creating sketches, models, and renderings to present ideas.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with a wide range of professionals, including engineers, interior designers, contractors, and landscape architects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure the work adheres to the design plans and quality standards.
- Address any design or construction issues that arise during the building process, providing timely solutions.

**Documentation and Administration**:

- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for building permits and approvals.
- Write reports, contracts, and other professional documents.
- Maintain detailed records of all project activities, decisions, and communications.
- Manage bid proposals and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Education and Certification**:

- A professional degree in Architecture (e.g., Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture).
- A valid state or national architectural license is typically required.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience in a specific sector (e.g., residential, commercial, public) is often preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural software, including **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and 3D modeling/rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Strong knowledge of building information modeling (**BIM**) processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) for presentations and visualizations.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional creativity and a strong visual sense.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
