**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective phonics lessons to children (ages 3-10).
- Regularly assess student progress and provide tailored feedback.
- Adapt teaching resources and materials as needed for diverse learning needs.
- Communicate with parents on student development and achievements.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or similar field preferred.
- Experience in teaching phonics or early childhood education is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in **any 3 out of the following languages**:

- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Telugu
- Hindi
- Patience, creativity, and a dedication to student success are essential traits.
