**Registered Nurse**

A Wellness Center Nurse is a registered nurse primarily focused on promoting preventative healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices within a wellness center setting. Their duties include conducting health assessments, providing health education, administering wellness screenings, coordinating wellness programs, and supporting individuals in managing chronic conditions, all while emphasizing holistic well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct health assessments, screenings, and physical examinations on patients.

Develop individualized patient care plans based on health assessments and medical histories.

Provide patient education and counseling on health and wellness topics.

Assist patients in managing chronic conditions and illnesses.

Perform medication management tasks, including administering medication and monitoring patient reactions to prescribed medications.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Stay current on healthcare trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, or equivalent education and experience.

Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Certification: Certification in wellness nursing, or willingness to obtain certification.

Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on wellness and health promotion.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, ability to think critically and solve problems

**Physical Requirements**

Ability to lift and transport patients as needed.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Manual dexterity to manipulate medical equipment and perform patient care tasks.

Visual acuity to read and interpret medical records and charts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
