Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The

of data bases especially Zoho CRM in our systems. The MIS Executive will work closely with other

team members to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data records. This role requires excellent

organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced

environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inputting and updating data into the company's database, spreadsheets, and other digital

platforms accurately and efficiently.

2. Verifying data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.

3. Ensuring timely and accurate entry of all required data.

4. Assisting in data cleanup and maintenance activities as needed.

5. Performing regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy across all data

entry tasks.

7. Following company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.

8. Responding to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.

9. Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet productivity goals.

10. Needs to use AI tools like Chat GPT and Bard.

12. Vendor management for outsourced card scanning

**Requirements**:
1. Any Graduate or equivalent qualification required; additional education or graduate level.

2. Proven experience in IT or a similar role is advantage especially Zoho CRM.

3. Proficiency in typing (min 70 w. p. m) with a high level of accuracy and speed.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Familiarity with Chat GPT, other AI tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

preferred.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
