- 6 to 10 yrs 3 to 5 years Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops PoCs and Demos to client.
- Should have strong experience in implementing CPI as a middleware for Success Factors Employee Central other successfacotrs modules and its business processes.
- Experience in middleware like PI PO Dell Bhoomi HCI CPI is advantage.
- Good work experience in data migration and data cleansing activities involved in implementation of SuccessFactors.
- Instance refresh sync Implementation experience using with ASAP methology or AGILE methology.
- Experience in End 2 End Implementation phases Discover Prepare Realize Testing Cutover Go Live Hypercare support.
- Basic Product knowledge of EC is must Experience in SAP ECC HCM on premises is preferred.
- Good Communication Listening articulating skills Good documentation skillks.
- Responsible for end to end implementation of Successfactors with middleware as CPI Responsible for business process solution design by providing work around solution or SAP best practice Conducting workshops on implementation or PoCs or Demos Customer front end role as module lead.
- Responsible for end to end to product business process design and solution Fit gap analysis.
- prepare assessment documents Will be responsible for development delivery support in assigned area of work.
- Act as a point of contact for the client for any issues that occur in assigned area of work.
- Perform Root cause analysis Impact assessments Responsible expert in SAP SuccessFactors Module and the integration with other SF modules using CPI.
- Expert in integrating SAP SuccessFactors module NON SAP or legacy systems and conceptual knowledge of integration with CPI middleware along with PI PO HCI etc is required.
