**Job Summary**:
The sales coordinator will support the sales team by scheduling the meeting and demos, proposal submission, timely follow-up, filing important documents, Lead management in CRM portal and communicating relevant information.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support Sales Team**: Assist sales representatives and management in customer relations, including preparing quotes, tracking sales targets, and managing customer databases.

**Order Processing**: Follow up with the customer and get the orders and set the timeliness for the project delivery, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.

**Customer Communication**: Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support in coordination with support team when required.

**Data Management**: Maintain and update sales and customer records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.

**Scheduling**: Coordinate sales team meetings, events, and schedules. Assist in planning and organizing sales events.

**Documentation**: Prepare and distribute presentations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product information, including new product releases and changes to existing products.

**Sales Performance Tracking**: Assist in tracking and analysing sales performance.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, and other clerical work.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Graduate. Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in IT software industry.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
