Job Title: Mall Electrician (Maintenance)

Reports to: Electrical Engineer/Operations Manager

Location: HAL, OLD AIRPORT ROAD

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Mall Electrician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure within the mall. Ensure smooth operations, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Maintenance

1. Perform routine maintenance on:

- Air Conditioning (AC) systems
- Generators (Diesel/Petrol)
- DC power systems
- Transformers (Step-up/Step-down)

2. Inspect and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, and circuit breakers.

3. Conduct thermal imaging and infrared scanning.

Lift, Travelator, and Escalator Maintenance

1. Perform routine maintenance on lifts, travelators, and escalators.

2. Check and replace worn-out parts (e.g., belts, bearings).

3. Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Electrical Troubleshooting

1. Troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools.

2. Identify and rectify faults in electrical systems.

Panel Room Maintenance

1. Monitor and maintain electrical panels, switchgear, and control systems.

2. Ensure proper functioning of electrical metering and monitoring systems.

Safety and Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).

2. Conduct regular safety inspections.

3. Implement lockout/tagout procedures.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

1. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

2. Complete reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering/Technology.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a mall or commercial setting.

Licenses and Certifications
- Valid Electrical License.
- OSHA certification.
- Other relevant certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E).

Nice to Have
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Familiarity with energy management systems.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.

Hours
- 6 days, 12 hours

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
