**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using either Tally or Zoho Books.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations (e.g., GST), and company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
- Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
