**Job Title - Plumber**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings, in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
- **Reading Blueprints and Plans**:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to coordinate plumbing work with other trades.
- **Pipefitting and Welding**:

- Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools as necessary.
- Perform pipefitting and welding tasks to connect pipes and fixtures and ensure proper functionality.
- **Fixture Installation**:

- Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers.
- Connect appliances, such as dishwashers and water heaters, to plumbing systems.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with plumbing codes, regulations, and standards to maintain quality and safety.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Educate clients on plumbing maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks in various settings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and work in various environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
