**CNC and VMC Operator**

**Qualification Required **:12 th / ITI / diploma

**Reporting To : Production Engineer**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Focus on minimize setting Time & Cycle time and reduce machine ideal time.

Focus on Zero Rejection.

Handling of inspection Instruments.

Focus on Reduction in Tooling Cost First Part Inspection procedure to be followed along with quality person.

Technical Skill - Knowledge of Inserts, tooling, offset Understanding of Programming Drawing reading.

Knowledge of Programming - CNC /VMC Knowledge of Inserts, tooling, offset Drawing understanding.
