**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models for architectural and interior design projects using software such as **3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino**, or similar.
- Produce high-quality renderings and animations using tools like **V-Ray,**:

- Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and design briefs to produce realistic and visually engaging visualizations.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual outputs align with the overall design intent and client expectations.
- Present and revise 3D visuals based on client and team feedback.
- Maintain organized files, assets, and backups for all projects.
- Keep up with industry trends and new technologies in 3D design and visualization.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in **Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design**, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **3D modeling, rendering, and post-production**.
- Strong command of relevant software: 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of composition, color, and lighting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural and interior 3D renderings is required.
