Marketing Associate (Freshers) - Female Only

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Manage social media platforms and develop content to engage with customers.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
