Our Offset printing and Packaging unit hopes to find a qualified and cost-conscious professional to fill the open position of Production Supervisor.

We’re looking for a creative thinker who doesn’t mind sharing his or her ideas and implementing new strategies to benefit the business.

If you’re a hard worker with excellent managerial skills and superior time management skills, we want to talk to you.

**Responsibilities**:
To achieve daily production as per plan.

Manpower utilization as per production plan.

To improve productivity, quality, reduce rejection & wastage

Collecting and entering Production data in databases and maintaining accurate records.

Maintaining daily production report as per shift wise production.

To find root cause of problem and eliminate it accordingly

Production Planning

Production Approval With Quality & Quantity

Prepare for Delivery

Maintain Responsible communication with employees, management and executives

Education and Experience

Computer and Prepress Knowledge.

Leadership skills,

6-7 Yrs. Printing Unit Experience

Previous Experience in Supervisor Capacity

SOP based working attitude.

Ability to Create and Follow Schedules

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
