The Media PR-Events Specialist is a vital member of the Public Relations (PR) and Events team, responsible for planning, executing, and managing various media-related PR activities and events to enhance the organization's brand visibility, reputation, and engagement. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, creative flair, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience, media outlets, and stakeholders

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling and engaging content for press releases, blog posts, and social media platforms and media pitches to generate positive media coverage
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports to track the effectiveness of our PR efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and blog posts
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media outlets to identify PR opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of events, including media briefings, interviews, and product launches
- Assist in managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across all platform
- Create multimedia materials such as videos, infographics, and visuals to support PR and event initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, content creation, and technical aspects.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant news to identify potential PR opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media relations, event planning, and public relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and editing content for various platforms.
- Familiarity with media tracking tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours during events and campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in PR and event management.

The Media PR-Events Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the organization's public image and driving engagement through strategic media relations and well-executed events. The role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and organizational prowess to effectively manage both proactive PR efforts and reactive crisis communication.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
