**Job Description**:

- Conducting project identification workshops and develop continuous improvementroadmap for the associated client accounts
- Lead and mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigmamethodologies to deliver targeted Business value and productivity improvements
- Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems & Lean SixSigma
- Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure process risks are proactivelyidentified for the associated client accounts
- Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure DeliveryExcellence Initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized
- Monitoring of SLAs and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are deployedfor any RCA misses
- Supporting implementation of CMMi practices as per the Quality managementsystem
- Coordinating for Internal and External audits as per requirements of Qualitymanagement system and different Quality standards like ISO ,CMMI etc.** CriticalSuccess Factors**:

- Overall 8 -12 years of work experience with proven expertise in businessproblem solving and delivering significant business value to the clients andinternal stakeholders Exposure to Service industry is must
- LSS BB trained/certified.
- &nbs p; Agile Digital competencies and PMP certifications would be an advantage
- Atleast 2 years of experience in driving Lean Six Sigma projects for FAO /SCM /HRO processes is must
- Educational Requirements: MCOM or MBA in Finance CA or ICWA orEngineering background
- Shift: Willing to work in all shifts and willing to travel to any location asper client or organization requirements.
