**Business Technology**

ZS’s Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.

**What **you’ll** do**:

- Leverage information from requirements-gathering phase and utilize experience to design a flexible and scalable solution.
- Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate business requirements & work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation.
- Lead the development of project outputs such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture (if needed), test cases, and deployment plans.
- Help lead user adoption and change management activities during inception, UAT and post implementation phases.
- Work with internal management and team members to understand and clarify visualization requirements / needs.
- Use advanced data visualization tools to provide an easy-to-understand interface for end users to quickly identify key themes within their data.
- Identify key business metrics measurements and develop methods to represent data in support of the measurements.
- Provide guidance and insight on data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
- Build dashboards, automated reports and report templates.
- On occasion, support multi environment Tableau infrastructure including server security, troubleshooting and general system maintenance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Production Support issue resolution.
- Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new Tableau software releases.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
- Define best practices during implementation and integration of Tableau Platform.
- Experience using SQL to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis.
- Able to work directly with end users to ensure results meet their needs.

**What **you’ll** bring**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.

**Additional Skills**:

- 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
- Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations
