SEO Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies to improve our website’s organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, development, and marketing, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for key business pages.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to website copy, blog posts, and landing pages.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Work with development teams to ensure proper site structure, internal linking, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexation are optimized.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues impacting SEO performance.
- **Link Building & Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and implement a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Maintain a focus on enhancing domain authority and improving off-page SEO factors.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continually improve organic performance.
- **Team Collaboration & Management**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage SEO campaigns, track their progress, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and objectives.
- **Stay Current with SEO Trends**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to continuously improve and refine SEO strategies.
- **Content Writing & Strategy**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for blogs, website, newsletters, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO tools.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Marketing communications degree will be a big plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Experience
- 3-5 yrs of experience in SEO
- Agency experience in SEO copywriting will be a big plus. SEO copywriting experience in the Edutech or Service industry will be a big plus.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
