We are looking for a **Talented Design-Associate** to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our brand through **visual storytelling and creative marketing content**.

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **engaging visual campaigns** that enhance brand presence.
- Design and create **marketing collaterals, digital ads, social media content, branding materials, and promotional assets**.
- Produce high-quality **graphics, videos, and motion designs** to support business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all **design elements and communication materials**.
- Stay updated with **design trends and industry best practices** to improve creative output.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring **quality, consistency, and timely delivery**.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Photoshop, Premiere Pro**, Illustrator (plus), and After Effects (plus)
- Experience in **graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics**.
- Ability to create **visually appealing and brand-aligned** content.
- Strong **creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail**.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in **branding and visual storytelling**.
- Knowledge of **UI/UX design** is a plus.
