Job Title: Motion Graphic Artist

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics for a variety of platforms including video, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storyboard ideas.
- Design and animate graphics, text, and other visual elements using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine motion graphics content according to project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics design and animation.
- Work closely with clients and project stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives, and translate them into captivating motion graphics.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Assist in the development of style guides and branding materials to maintain consistency across projects.
- Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of projects.
- Collaborate with other team members including videographers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and dynamic motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong animation skills with a keen sense of timing and movement.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with clients and the ability to interpret and incorporate feedback effectively.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
