**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction and Enrollment Conversion**:_
- Manage calls, inquiries, front office operations, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow up on initial inquiries to drive conversions and secure enrollments.
- Leverage existing networks by engaging with friends and family of current students to generate referrals and new leads.
- **Internal Coordination and Communication**:_
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide up-to-date information on enrollment processes and placement statuses.
- Assist students and parents in selecting suitable programs by addressing their queries and providing tailored guidance.
- **Event Management**:_
- Represent the company at events, engaging with prospective clients and partners to build relationships and promote our services.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of events, ensuring that all logístical aspects are managed effectively.
- **Record-Keeping and Inventory Management**:_
- **Customer Retention and Satisfaction**:_
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain positive relationships.
- **Reporting and Performance Analysis**:_
- Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the career counseling or education industry.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- **Attributes**:_
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a passion for business development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
