**About the Role**

This role is ideal for proactive recruiters with a passion for innovation, a strong understanding of technical or life sciences hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Position Details**

**1️ Recruiter - AI/ML Hiring**
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for **Artificial Intelligence (AI)**, **Machine Learning (ML)**, and **Data Science** positions.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets such as Python, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create strategic sourcing plans.

**2️ Recruiter - Biostatistics Hiring**
- Responsible for hiring **Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, Clinical Data Analysts**, and related profiles.
- Understanding of **clinical trials**, **pharma/biotech**, or **life sciences** recruitment preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **entire recruitment lifecycle**, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using ATS or Excel tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging skill requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years** of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for either **AI/ML** or **Biostatistics** roles is **mandatory** (depending on the position applied for).
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like **LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and GitHub**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the **Healthcare or Life Sciences** domain will be a strong plus.

- **Mode**: Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)
