**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pathology laboratory is preferable.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, equipment operation, and diagnostic procedures.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tests.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Laboratory environment with exposure to biological specimens.
- Adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines is mandatory.
- Shift may include mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
