- Mongo DB-Lead is part of the team that delivers top quality, security compliant new MongoDB databases for different business lines
- The resource is expected to possess strong technical knowledge and help business lines make wise choices in their database requirements.

- DBA administration skills
- Stakeholder management

- SME level expertise

**What we’re looking for**:
Your Skills and Qualifications will include
- Excellent in MongoDB Administration
- Extremely good in installation/Configuration of MongoDB with various types of authentication.
- Extremely good in troubleshooting real time issues.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- MongoDB DBA with core admin skills and hands-on in administration/installation/configuration of all MongoDB Enterprise Edition.
- MongoDB sharding experience / hands-on is a must
- Extremely good in troubleshooting real time issues.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB Ops Manager experience is a must
- Must know MongoDB backup and recovery scenarios
- Good Risk and Control Skills / knowledge
- Good decision making and problem solving skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder management
- MongoDB DBA with core admin skills and hands-on
- MongoDB Ops Manager is a must
- Must know MongoDB backup and recovery scenarios
