Job Title: Clinical Data Associate (Freshers)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Data Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical trials by ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical data. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Data Entry*: Enter clinical trial data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems, ensuring accuracy and quality.

2. *Data Cleaning*: Perform data cleaning and quality control checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

3. *Data Management*: Assist in data management activities, including data reconciliation and data validation.

4. *Query Management*: Manage and resolve data queries and discrepancies.

5. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data management activities.

6. *Communication*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing.

7. *Training*: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field.

2. *Skills*: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with EDC systems and data management software is a plus.

3. *Attention to Detail*: High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and management.

4. *Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve data discrepancies and queries.

5. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. *Teamwork*: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:
1. *Certifications*: Certification in clinical data management, such as CDM or CCRA.

2. *Experience*: Prior experience in clinical data management or related field.

3. *Programming Skills*: Familiarity with programming languages, such as SAS or R.
