**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet **Personal Assistant (PA)** to support a **Former Supreme Court Judge**. The PA will be responsible for managing the judge’s professional and personal affairs, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, and confidential legal and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Executive Support**:

- Manage and coordinate the judge’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal and non-legal documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Maintain and update contact lists, legal references, and case records.

**Communication & Liaison**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for legal professionals, government officials, and other dignitaries.
- Coordinate with law firms, clerks, and administrative departments for case updates.

**Travel & Event Management**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Organize official events, legal seminars, and conferences attended by the judge.
- Manage personal engagements and social commitments.

**Research & Documentation**:

- Conduct legal research and compile reports as required.
- Prepare case briefs, summaries, and reference notes for legal discussions.
- Assist in writing and publishing legal articles or opinion pieces.

**Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management**:

- Manage household staff, personal errands, and daily requirements.
- Oversee personal banking, investments, and bill payments.
- Maintain records of gifts, awards, and other personal memorabilia.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
