**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their style preferences. Provide expert fashion advice and personalized recommendations.
- **Sales**: Drive store sales by engaging customers, upselling products, and meeting individual sales targets. Ensure that all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store's merchandise, including new arrivals, trends, and key pieces. Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- **Merchandising**: Help maintain store presentation by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counts, receive and unpack new merchandise, and keep track of stock levels. Report any inventory discrepancies to the store manager.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- **Brand Representation**: Embody the brand’s values and ethos in every interaction with customers and colleagues. Be an ambassador for the brand both in and out of the store.
